Volume and volatility increase could signal that this pair is going to explode soon, this should be a good time to enter long and take some profit when the price will reach the psychological 0.0000001 level, but due to high volatility (did you noticed the spike to 0.0000023?), i believe that the 0.0000001 level will be broken soon by the bulls, so, if you are a long term trader like me, you don't want to take all your profits @ 0.0000001.
